Order cancellation
Ακύρωση της παραγγελίας μπορεί να γίνει στις παρακάτω περιπτώσεις:
1) Πριν ολοκληρωθεί η παραγγελία, κατά τη διάρκεια της ηλεκτρονικής διαδικασίας της παραγγελίας, μπορείτε να πατήσετε το κουμπί «Ακύρωση» Κάνοντας «κλικ» σε αυτό διακόπτεται αυτόματα η διαδικασία παραγγελίας.
2) Εάν έχει ολοκληρωθεί η ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία, αλλά ακόμη δεν έχει αποσταλεί το προϊόν, μπορείτε να καλέσετε το 2114097207 και θα αναλάβουμε την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας σας.
Withdrawal - Return / Replacement of Products
a)Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without justification within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product (s). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via the website’s communication form.
When you choose to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product (s) in the condition in which you received it together with the sale’s receipt. The product / products must be washed or used, must have all their labels and their packaging must not be damaged. Money cannot be refunded if the product (s) have been used or damaged.
The product (s) must be returned to blank clothes strictly within 15 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. In this case you will be charged with the cost of returning the product (s).
The return of the product (s) is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid the shipping costs for the return. Similarly, the company is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the price received (excluding the additional costs incurred due to Customer’s choice to use a method of delivery that was charged to blank clothes), without undue delay and definitely within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned product (s). The company will execute the refund by deposit in a bank account indicated by the Customer. In any event the Customer will not be charged for such a refund.
b)Return / replacement of products
There is a possibility of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order: for example you received a product other than the one you ordered. In order to complete the return of the item, the following conditions must be met:
1. Returns of products can be accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from www.blank-clothes.gr
3. The defective product is replaced only with the same product or with another product after communication and agreement with the customer.
Return procedure:
1. Contact us at info@blank-clothes.gr or +302114097207, to clarify the details of the return. When contacting us you should have available the purchase receipt number and product code.
2. You should send us a photo of the product (s) at info@blank-clothes.gr so that we have a better picture and can confirm the acceptance of the return.
3. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
4. In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, please return the parcel via the courier company that we will indicate to you and use the customer code that we will supply to you and the shipping costs will be borne by blank clothes.
Note: The return shipping costs are covered by our company only in case of our own mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are borne by the Customer. For further information or clarifications please call +30 2114097207.
